Job Description

You are interested in a legal career helping regular people put their lives back together after suffering injuries. You enjoy working at a nice office, with caring people. You enjoy meeting people and learning about their personal injuries, helping to bring new clients on board as clients and getting their case off to a great start. In the investigator position, you will learn customer service skills and sharpen your people and investigatory skills, all while interacting with the public in an “action role.” Bilingual is a plus for this position. This is a full-time position, with opportunity for incentive pay, career growth, and a flexible schedule.

Objectives

• Learns how to interact with the public to meet with new clients and onboard and investigate their case with our lawyers and legal assistants
• Learns how to properly investigate civil personal injury cases
• Learns how to use our computer system and legal software
• Involved in our firm culture of caring for our team, community, and clients, with opportunities to participate in events
• Opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities and earn bonus compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
